This is painful to watch

FG Accuses China Of Racism And Discriminatory Practices: Should Nigerians Retaliate?

This interview gives the impression that  the “Felicity” of a woman has more love for China than for Nigerians.

She was caught in this interview saying that Africa’s relationship with China has been beneficial, as if only Africa benefits from the relationship, and must therefore bend over to every Chinese misbehaviour.

To the question about how Africa should react to Chinese misbehaviour documented and posted online by Africans in China, her guest kept saying that Africa should unite to exert pressure and even reciprocate some of Chinese actions.

However this “Felicity” of a host kept asking what Africa stands to gain from such actions.

How about HUMANITY?

To her, it was not enough that China is treating Africans like animals in China (and even in Africa).

To her, Chinese misbehaviour is not enough reason for Africans to stand up to exert their humanity.

Then she made a slip that exposed her real position (possibly motivation); she said that the relationship (Sino-African)  has been beneficial to Africa. When the guest proceeded to ask what she said, she couldn’t say it again, for obvious reasons.

A lot of African commentators have alleged that African journalists have been bought over by China, and I never really believed it until I saw this interview.

The interview is painful to watch because the host kept playing the unnecessary devil’s advocate, asking provocative questions and almost deifying China by implication.

My happiness is that Africans are actually waking up in droves. This China act won’t go unpunished, and the relationship between Africa and China will not remain the same after this period.

Nigerians really need to keep close watch on their journalists because they may not be working for the interest of the country. They may be in payroll of foreign countries.
Nigerialog.com is UNBUYABLE.
We speak only the truth that will bring success and greatness to Africa.
All our views are aimed towards making Africa succeed rather than always depending on foreign handouts and being treated like animals.
