Breakfast on overdrive!

The Sandwich Recipe:

(1) Whole wheat bread
(2) Organic Eggs 
(3) Organic Baby carrots
(4) Organic Broccoli
(5) Organic Spinach
(6) Onions
(7) Organic Coconut oil
(8 ) Organic Green, Yellow and Red Bell Pepper
(9) Hint of Ground Cameroon Pepper
(10) Organic Avocado

The Smoothie Recipe:

(a) Blueberries
(b) Raspberries
(c) Strawberries
(d) Blackberries
(e) Walnut oil
(f) Organic non-GMO  Green Tea brewed and cooled
(g) Organic Greek Yogurt

Steps for preparing the Sandwich fillings

Step 1: Cut or dice all the vegatables and throw them into one bowl. Mixed with ingredients to taste. Let to absorb the ingredients.
Step 2: Pour a small amount of coconut oil into a non-stick frying pan and heat to normal frying temperatures.
Step 3: Break six eggs into a bowl and beat to consistency.
Step 4: Turn down the heat on the frying pan, and add some diced onions
Step 5: After the onions fry for a few minute (to some dryness) add beaten eggs.
Step 6: Allow to cook for a few minutes, and then add the vegetables.
Step 7: Stir and watch to make sure heat is evenly distributed to fry the vegies.
Step 8: Cover the pan and allow to heat for a few minutes.
Step 9: Add cut avocados and give a final stir before turning off the heat.
Step 10: Dish out

Steps for the fruit Smoothie

Step 1: Wash all fruits and put them into a fruit juicer or blender.
Step 2:  Brew a bag of non-GMO organic green tea, and bring to cool temperatures.
Step 3: Add the green tea to the blender.
Step 4: Blend till every fruit turns into liquid.
Step 5: Add a tablespoon of walnut oil.
Step 6: Blend once more until a nice consistent juice is attained.
Step 7: Add a cup of Greek yogurt.
Step 8: Blend until all liquid becomes one.
Step 9: Pour out into a glass and put a straw.
Step 10: Serve.
The whole thing takes about 30 minutes of constant work to prepare but, once it is ready, be prepared to have the time of your life!

You only need this type of breakfast about once a week, and you're good.

I shall try this breakfast recipe but for now stick with the more available naija breakfast foods

Gideon : You can also do this in naija. You can do without the berries. other fruits are there and they taste so good, Banana, Apple, Mango, carrot etc  for the smoothies.  For the sandwich recipe, Pumpkin leave replaces the spinach, any groundnut oil will do, Then sliced bread .
